Take U1 direction Leopoldau, exit at Karlsplatz. Follow the signs towards Karlsplatz/Resselpark. Take the airport bus to Schwedenplatz, change to U1 direction Reumannplatz, and exit at Karlsplatz. From Vienna station Westbahnhof
